More snow in June.
Collins take was reporting 9".
Uninterested in the Alta cluster but, interested in conditions,
I started at Brighton, skied the Rocky point headwall,
up to the top of Tuscarora for a run down the seagull chute.
It sluffed on the first turn, but the bed surface was soft. Ran into these fellows
on the way back up
from Lake Martha.
A climb to the top of Wolverine, traversing over to Grannies and descended, once again sluffing out the chute. The fog at the bottom was thick as hell. I managed to find my way over to the Figure 8 hill. Ski cutting again, produced
another sluff. Two more cuts added to the width. A black and white (best I can do with the lighting) from the bottom.
Exit was down Millie, with the snow density rising to over 15%.
I'd expect another round of sluffing with heating, tomorrow.
